No. It's a companion for the space between sessions, or for anyone building self-awareness on their own. It never diagnoses, prescribes, or replaces professional care. If you're in crisis, it will always connect you with professional help.

How is my data protected?

All sensitive data is encrypted with XChaCha20-Poly1305 field-level encryption. Your data is never sold to third parties or used for advertising. You own your data, and you can export it anytime.

Is the AI safe to talk to about sensitive topics?

Yes. The AI is built on real therapeutic approaches and treats sensitive topics with care. If it recognizes you might be going through something serious, it gently connects you with professional help — including 988, Crisis Text Line, and specialized hotlines.

What happens if I cancel Premium?

You keep all your data. You drop back to Free tier limits — but nothing is deleted. Your check-ins, journal entries, thought records, and everything else stay exactly where they are.

Can my therapist or care provider see my data?

Only if you choose to share it. Share My Progress lets you generate a summary report — but you control what's included, who receives it, and when.
