Why is it free? What's the catch?
The business is practices and organizations paying for the clinician side. That funds the free app. There are no ads, no data sales, and your conversations never train AI models, so there is nothing about you to monetize. The app is the product. You aren't.
Will features move behind the paywall later?
No. "Nothing that heals goes behind a paywall" is the rule the product is built on. Supporter only adds conversation time, and if we ever break that rule, hold us to this page.
What happens to my data if I stop paying for Supporter?
Nothing. Your history is yours, not a subscription perk. Everything you wrote stays exactly where you left it, kept until you delete it.
